Introduction

This inclined bucket elevator is all stainless steel materials, with durable working structure, nylon transmission roller contact the moving belt, to avoid the belt offtrack running effectively. The highlight of this inclined bucket elevator is the vibration feeder, so the inlet granule is falling down the vibrator tray and moves toward the bucket at an effective position. 

Working Process

The bulk material is put inside the in-feed hopper, through vibration feeder, the material is dropped into the bucket, the bucket will be moved by motor incline forward to the top funnel of weight filler or packaging machine.
