Description of Z bucket elevator/bucket conveyor machine

Bucket elevators/ elevator conveyors are designed to move flowing powders or bulk solids vertically. Bucket elevators use chain and have a series of buckets attached to it. Bulk material is spread into feeding inlet, the buckets dig into the material and convey them up and over the head, and then throw the material out from the discharge hole.

Working principle of bucket conveyor machine
The buckets carry the raw materials from the bottom of machine, and lift them to the top with the rotation of chain, turn down after by passing the wheel at the top and throw down the materials into the receiving tank. And the bucket elevator usually are enclosed which can prevent the dust flying in a mess in the bucket elevator.
